• Take the exit for US 69 Access Rd when you see the Royal Furniture Outlet on your right
• Continue straight on US 69 Access Rd
• Just after the intersection with Beauxart Garden Rd, Philpott Hyundai will be on your right

From Port Arthur:

• Take US HWY 69 north toward Beaumont
• Take the exit for Spurlock Rd and merge onto US 69 Access Rd
• Keep left to cross underneath the bridge, then make another left onto US 69 Access Rd on the other side of the highway
• Philpott Hyundai will be on your right

From Orange, Texas:

• From Orange, take TX 87 South
• After the bridge, keep left to continue onto TX 87 South
• Take the exit for US 287 N / US 69 N
• Take the exit for Spurlock Rd
• Merge onto the service road, then keep left  and follow the road underneath the bridge
• Turn left onto the access road on the other side of the highway
• Philpott Hyundai will be on your right

From Silsbee, TX

• Starting in Silsbee, TX, head southwest on US-96 BUS / 5th St
• In about 2.5 miles, US-96 BUS turns slightly right to become US 96F Business S
• In 0.1 miles, take the ramp onto US-96 S
• In 0.4 miles, merge onto US-96 S
• In 16.5 miles, merge onto I-10 W / US-96 S
• In 2.5 miles, use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right onto US-287 S / US-69 S, following signs for Port Arthur

• In 394 ft, turn left onto Memorial Freeway
