"I just wanted to send you a quick email telling you how happy I was with my recent purchase, a 2010 Hyundai Accent.  Derrick Brannon was the sales rep who helped me throughout the process of buying this vehicle.  i thoroughly enjoyed Derrick;s help and expertise.  I felt very comfortable making this big decision since this is the first vehicle I have bought brand new and through a dealership for that matter. 

Derrick made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.  He was very knowledgeable about every aspect, the vehicle, the warranty, and even the financing.  He and I worked together to find something that I was happy with and felt that I could afford.

I had to make a decision based on 2 different vehicles, from 2 different dealerships.  While the other vehicle I considered was less money than the Hyundai Accent, i just felt more comfortable and assured buying through Hyundai.  Derrick definitely was a factor in my choosing between the 2 vehicles.  Since the purchase of my vehicle I have actually recommended Derrick to my friends who are looking at buying a new vehicle.  This is how much i enjoyed working with Derrick.

My Husband was also very impressed with the way Derrick spoke to me and him as well.  I would like to thank Hyundai and Derrick for making my first new vehicle such an enjoyable process!

"Ample Selection"

Dealership had ample selection for it's size, it is simply a smaller lot.  That makes sense, because Nederland Texas is not a metropolis.  They did compare favorable against other dealers I considered in Houston and Dallas, that is why I purchased in Nederland.  I have recommended this dealer to others, my home is some 450 miles away so "local" had nothing to do with my purchase.

My experience at this dealership was wonderful.  Derrick listened to my wishes and located me the Veloster in silver that I wanted and was able to obtain it.  being that it was the only one in the state of Texas at the time, I felt honored to have such a salesperson that was willing to go above and beyond to make this purchase an enjoyable one.

Without a doubt this was the most enjoyable, simple and stress free car purchase we have ever made.  Our salesperson, Derrick was great.  He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.  We felt he was completely trustworthy and honest and that he was a partner with us in the transaction.  In addition, my wife and I genuinely liked him.  He made us truly enjoy the experience.  This is our first Hyundai and if the car provides the same level of satisfaction that we received in our dealings with Derrick and the dealership....we will purchase our next car from Philpott...and we will expect to see Derrick.
